Saras terms of use

Saras provides practice stations, written prompts, transcription, structured marking, and feedback. It is not an official examination, college assessment, clinical service, or guarantee of exam performance.

Questions and stations are authored by consultants and experienced clinicians who have completed the relevant examinations, then reviewed and approved before publication. AI helps operate the practice and marking workflow; it does not replace human clinical approval.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share credentials or use the service to upload another person's confidential clinical information.

Paid access is personal to the subscribing account unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, security concerns, or unlawful activity while preserving required records.

The individual plan starts with the advertised trial and then renews monthly at the advertised price unless cancelled. Stripe handles payment details and billing actions. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support.

We may improve, pause, or retire features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where practical. Australian consumer-law rights are not excluded.

Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or present Saras content as your own. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or use outputs to make decisions about a real patient.

You retain rights to material you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Saras to process it to provide the requested feature. See the Privacy page for AI processing and deletion details.
